    Very young woman unsatisfied with the shape of her face: marked cheeks, expressed the nasolabial folds and downturned mouth. She considered only surgical approach in order to change her genetic face type forever.

    We performed preliminary computer simulation. The patient’s visualization of her wishes is very important in such cases. I understood what she wanted: she wanted to obtain some sophistication and expressiveness, i.e. to get an angel face not a regular face. She is very far-seeing as slim faces are ageing slower.

    Performed: endoscopic forehead lift, liposuction of cheeks and gill and laser polishing of lower eyelids skin. Surgery duration: 50 minutes. Intravenous anesthesia. Aftercare for 10 days. Compression garments for 5 days. The obtained results met the patient’s expectations in full.

    This is not the only our mutual project, but it is another story already. It’s a pity that she made all these transformations preparing to leave for America where she was planning to stay forever.
