    The patient had a quire roundish face with close located eyes that were half covered with extensive skin in the external tails of eyes. Ptosis of eyebrows, hernias and small wrinkles under the eyes.

    In this case the significant result can be achieved by the cascade endoscopic lift of the whole face through two 0.5 cm approaches high in the scalp in the temporal region with upward movement of the tissues and strengthening of the tension vector in the central and lower parts of the face, chin liposuction. It helps to extend the aesthetic effect of the surgery for many years.

    In the area of the eyes we performed the transconjunctival blepharoplasty of the lower eyelids with laser skin polishing in this area. During the operation the sampling of skin cells (fibroblasts) and personal cell bank was created. Surgery duration 1 h 10 min. Intravenous anesthesia, inpatient care for 2 days. Aftercare for 14 days.
