Irina was one of those my patients who having trusted me in full were the first to face the advantages of the endoscopic face lift.
Her face structure initially included the natural overhang of the upper eyelids that strengthened with age. Add to this some hernias in the area of the lower eyelids. It was easy: the endoscopic lift of the upper third with 0.5 cm approach high in the scalp, transconjunctival blepharoplasty through 0.2 cm microapproach from the side of the lower eyelid mucosa, laser skin rejuvenation of the lower eyelids (LASER ULTRA FINE by COHERENT). Inpatient care for 1 day. Wearing of compression bandage for 5 days. Aftercare for 5 days.
Every time after the surgery I see the way the eyes become open and young.
I must add that we made Irina’s nose look more elegant using the nonsurgical rhinoplasty technology. I am sure that the more beautiful the face is, the more elegant the nose should be.
