Such huge blue eyes! But the lacrimal groove drew a deep border on her face. Her look became tired, worsened by the ptosis of the upper eyelid. Permanent makeup of her eyebrows and eyes made even more prominent that this part of the face was far from ideal. The patient had very high eyebrows with very big distance to eye sockets. Classical endolift would not solve the problem, that’s why we made two approaches instead of a usual one, closer to the temporal region.
The plastic surgery of the neck and cheeks solved the problem of the face oval, in the area of the lower eyelids were performed the lipofilling of the lacrimal groove and the problems of the gill were solved by thread lift. Duration: 1 h 40 min. Intravenous anesthesia. Inpatient care for 2 days. Aftercare for 8 days.
The patient was very satisfied with the obtained results.
