Typical age-related changes: ptosis of eyebrows and “frowning” baggy eyes, defects of the face oval. Still, we could apply the advantages of endoscopy. We performed the total endoscopic facioplasty with the strengthening of the tension vector in the area of the nasolabial folds, transconjunctival blepharoplasty of the lower eyelids with laser skin polishing in this area. Surgery duration 2 h 20 min. Intravenous anesthesia. Inpatient care for 2 days. Aftercare for 12 days.
The patient underwent the surgery prior to New Year holidays that’s why we applied the intense aftercare that allowed her to be in all her beauty on the New Year’s Eve.
