It was a very interesting project as she had the amazing combination of worldly wisdom and childish curiosity. From the point of view of surgery the patient was not simple as she had those too loose tissues along with those “blurry” lines of the face. Moreover, it was not only the consequence of age-related changes. On her earlier photos I noticed the same peculiarity of her build-up. So we had to remove the extensive subcutaneous fat tissue.
Taking into account the fact that the patient had an excess weight we had to comply with the invisible border of neck-to-cheeks transition that would have made the difference between the slim face and chubby neck. We made it and her face and neck looked harmonic. After the surgery I recommended the patient to undergo internal lift SMAS thus she was able to get rid of loose tissues having extended the result of the surgery for many years.
Performed: endoscopic lift of the upper third, lipoaspiration of cheeks and chin along with thread lift Silhouette Lift, plastic surgery of cheeks and neck by endaural approach, transconjunctival blepharoplasty of the lower eyelids with laser polishing of the skin of the lower and upper eyelids. Surgery duration 2 h 40 min. Endotracheal anesthesia. Inpatient care for 2 days. Compression garments for 9 days. Aftercare for 12 days.
