Typical age-related changes: ptosis of eyebrows and “frowning” baggy eyes, face oval defect. Performed: endolift of the upper part of the face, transconjunctival blepharoplasty of the lower eyelids with laser skin polishing in this area, plastic surgery of the neck and cheeks with improvement of the tension vector in the area of the nasolabial folds. Surgery duration 2 h 20 min. Intravenous anesthesia. Inpatient care for 2 days. Aftercare for 12 days.
