I remember an interesting story related to this patient. She came with her husband as a backup group for her visit. In the end, they both became our clients and stayed at our big family ward. More details you can find in another section of our site and now some words about the patient herself.
The patient had significant eyebrows ptosis, baggy eyes and something had to be done to her neck. Her not heavy features in combination with typical age-related changes made her face look impersonal. We discussed the final result quite long during her visit, simulated three variants using PC and selected, as to me, the best one. She became to look 10-15 years younger; we preserved her personality in full and added expressiveness to her eyes. We, of course, removed the complication after gel injections in the area of the nasolabial folds.
Performed: total endoscopic face and neck lift with improvement of tension vector in the area of the nasolabial folds, transconjunctival blepharoplasty of the lower eyelids with laser skin rejuvenation of the upper and lower eyelids. Surgery duration 1 h 40 min. Inpatient care for 2 days. Elastic bandage for 9 days. Aftercare for 12 days.
