This woman is a perfectionist. Being a very beautiful woman when she was young she suffered from not being such now, having correct proportions, beautiful eyes and good-shaped chin. Most of all she was worried by her neck. “With such neck I can’t wear any adornments!” she said.
In order to provide her with the possibility to demonstrate her swan neck rounded by brilliants we applied the endaural access for neck and cheek plastic surgery, thus guaranteeing the harmonic transition in the lines of the lower jaw and neck. We obtained a very sexual result.
