Typical age-related changes: drooping of eyebrows and “frowning” eyes, sagging lower eyelids, face oval defects and face vector directed downwards. The expressed wrinkles on the skin worsen the situation. We performed the total endoscopic facioplasty with the improvement of the face vector in the region of the nasolabial folds, cheeks and gill liposuction, transconjunctival blepharoplasty of the lower eyelids with laser skin rejuvenation in this area.
Surgery duration 1 h 40 min. Intravenous anesthesia. Inpatient care for 2 days. Aftercare for 12 days. During the surgery we took the samples of the patient’s fibroblasts and created the personal cell bank. Laser shows miracles, it not only erases the signs of age but rejuvenates the skin, including the native tissue regeneration mechanisms. However, the skin of this patient was far from being perfect, that’s why the second stage was dedicated to its quality. Two procedures of the structural coherent lift® completely removed all the aesthetic defects: wrinkles, pigmentation spots and capillaries. Afterwards the patient started to visit us once in three years in order to maintain the effect of the plastic surgery with the help of the procedures of internal lift SMAS®. During her last visit she used the bank of own fibroblasts: we cultivated 17 mln cells for her arrival and injected them in the regions of the neck and the face. The “after-surgery” photo was made one month later after the injection of fibroblasts. And 8 years have already passed since the surgery.
