This woman had too loose tissues in combination with the so-called “blurry” lines of the face and bad shape of the chin. Moreover, it’s not only the result of age-related changes. On earlier photographs of the patient you can see the same problem. So we had to remove the excess subcutaneous fat tissue. Injections of fat tissue lipolysis factor were made in stages on some regions of the face: chin, lower part of the face and region of hernias on the lower eyelids.
Two procedures of internal lift SMAS® with simultaneous application of diffuse attachments SmartLift® and SmartVolume® created the new shape of the face with more clear lines of the oval, strengthened the tissues by creating the firm tandem between the muscular tissue, subcutaneous fat tissue and derma. With the help of diffuse attachment PeriOrbital® we significantly reduced the ptosis of the upper eyelids. The last stage in appearance harmonization was the nonsurgical rhinoplasty. Using it we changed the shape of the nose, made it more elegant and matching the new image of the patient. The result is tremendous!
