Being the owner of one large company this woman has no time to look after herself. She paid no attention to it but her daughter was not satisfied with the existing situation. And that situation became even more terrible with the course of time: huge hernias of the lower eyelids, ptosis of the upper eyelids, the presence of so-called “bulldog cheeks” and all the typical age-related changes.
Stage by stage injections of fat tissue lipolysis factor were made in some regions of the face: chin, lower part of the face and the region of the lower eyelids. Two procedures of internal lift SMAS® created the new shape of the face with clear oval lines, strengthened the tissues by creating the firm tandem between the muscular tissue, subcutaneous fat tissue and derma. We even improved the effect more by the application of PeriOrbital® attachment of internal lift system SMAS® thus significantly reducing the ptosis of the upper eyelids.
This patient has very loose tissues that worsened her situation. In order to strengthen them and decelerate the process of ageing we individually selected the PROCOLLAGEN™ program and created the bank of her own fibroblasts. As a result, her tissues started to produce the native collagen that’s characteristic of the youth. Thus we secured the biological youth of the patient’s tissues and prolonged the obtained result for many years.
