The face of this woman is of specific Asian type. Prominent cheekbones are even more highlighted by the excessive subcutaneous fat tissue in this region. The face vector is directed downwards and it is even more visible due to turned down corners of eyebrows and eyes.
As the patient lives in America she tried to make corrections there but with no success. We performed two procedures of internal lift SMAS® with simultaneous application of SmartLift ® and SmartVolume® attachments thus forming a new architecture and shape of the face and improving the face oval. With the help of fat tissue lipolysis factor we corrected the region of cheekbones having reduced their volume.
In result the patient started to look significantly younger and got rid of the genetic face structure at last.
