In this case we see the clear example of the fact that gel injected in the area of the nasolabial folds can make the face look puffy or, when getting firm, create the noticeable transition in the central part of the face. It is especially seen when photographed half profile.
In order to remove these consequences we applied a special preparation in the area of bulges of the nasolabial folds that dissolved the remnants of gel and fibrous tissue around it. Two procedures of internal lift SMAS® with 3 days interval provided the strong tandem of the skin, subcutaneous tissue and muscles. The face became less chubby and received the clear lines of an oval. Using the technology of oncoming lift we treated her face and neck and obtained a tremendous result in the lower part of the face. That result shall keep for 5-6 years.
